Been to the doc once already. She said I could lose as much as 15 pounds before all this plays out (I've lost 10), but I'm not one to accept artificial societal norms.

It's summer, we don't need to save fat for hibernation. Another 10 pounds and I'm ready for my closeup. Actually another 10 pounds and the gym to "tone," as the kids say these days.
